Shinova warrants each product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service. If Shinova receives notice of such defects during warranty, Shinova shall, at its option, either repair or replace the products which prove to be defective.
Shinovas obligation under this warranty does not include any transportation or other charges for direct, indirect or consequential delay resulting from the improper use.
Shinova provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail or fax as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at appointed site in China. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the distributors account.
Shinova will send light goods by air and send heavy goods by sea. The freight cost and the delivery time is up to the destination port and the shipping company.
Shinova can also use any express company if the customer need (like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS).
Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Shinova for service (this includes custom charges). Shinova is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Shinova to the customer.
After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
If meet any trouble, contact After Service Dept. with detailed information immediately by E-mail or Fax or Tel. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is better evidence.
